BIANCA ROSE is a "Flour Child" spreading love, peace and sweet treats!  She is on a mission, in and out of the kitchen, to encourage, motivate, and provide resources for others to succeed.  “Is it crazy of me,” Bianca says, “to want to be the first ‘Social Activist Chef’ who brings communities, from all around the world, together around a dinner table?  I’m baking my way to be the change I want to see in the world.”

 

As a young girl, Bianca Rose loved cooking dinner for her parents. Using her wild imagination, she pretended that the garden window in the kitchen was a television camera as she joyfully demonstrated her creations using her favorite ingredient: LOVE. Little did Bianca know, her destiny would combine every ingredient she loved the most: food, film, and faith.

 

Bianca originally studied at and graduated from the prestigious School of Theatre, Film and Television at UCLA.    After valuable and highly productive years in very demanding positions of being the “right hand” and Executive Assistant to high-level entertainment executives and A-List celebrities, Bianca took a leap of faith.  She wanted to make her SWEET DREAMS come true.  Her passion for culinary art and specifically the world of baking led Bianca to enroll in Le Cordon Bleu’s Patisserie and Baking Program.  She has since successfully launched a dessert catering company, been a featured chef and Culinary Producer for Food Network, Lifetime, Hallmark Channel and BBC America….and she’s currently in the kitchen baking her next moves to position her brand, SWEET DREAMS, as a global force (with sugar and spice

on top).
